Luxury Sea Holidays

Private vessels, selected crews, and routes designed so that the only people you encounter are those you choose to see. The sea becomes a controlled environment rather than a public one.

Why private sea time is different

A well-run private yacht removes the variables that erode privacy on land: unexpected encounters, fixed hotel schedules, public restaurants, and the constant visibility that comes with moving through popular destinations. When the vessel itself is the accommodation, the restaurant, and the transport, control becomes structural rather than managed day by day.

Gemigi specialises in full private charters of mega-yachts and large sailing or motor catamarans where the client has exclusive use of the vessel and the itinerary is written around their preferences rather than a standard Mediterranean or Caribbean circuit.

What we arrange

  • Selection and negotiation of the vessel (size, layout, age, crew quality, and operational reliability)
  • Crew briefing on privacy protocols, dietary requirements, and preferred communication style
  • Full provisioning to the client’s standards, including specialist or medical dietary needs
  • Route design that prioritises quiet anchorages, private island access, and minimal exposure to other vessels
  • Integration with private aviation for embarkation and disembarkation
  • Shore support only where requested — otherwise the vessel remains self-contained

Typical use cases we design for

Multi-generational families

Enough space and separate living areas so different generations can share the vessel without constant proximity.

Recovery and reset

Itineraries with deliberate low stimulation, flexible daily structure, and minimal decision-making required of the client.

High-security profiles

Low-profile movement, controlled information about location, and coordination with existing protection teams.

Celebration without publicity

Private marking of birthdays, anniversaries, or other milestones with no external presence or documentation.

How we keep it private

We do not publish vessel names or specific routes associated with clients. Shore agents and local suppliers receive only the information required for their task. The client’s identity and itinerary details remain compartmentalised. When a destination requires advance clearance or permits, those processes are handled under the vessel’s or our operational identity where possible.

What clients notice

Continuity of ownership

“One team handled every segment. We never had to chase a supplier or re-explain preferences.”

Privacy as structure

“The itinerary never appeared in local conversation or search results. That level of discretion was the point.”

Constraints treated as design

“Medical and dietary requirements were built in from the first conversation, not added later as notes.”

Discuss a private sea journey

Tell us the approximate duration, preferred region (or constraints that will determine the region), and any non-negotiable requirements. We respond confidentially.
