These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private travel design and related services by Gemigi. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Gemigi provides bespoke private travel design, planning, and coordination services on an invitation-only or referral basis. We do not sell fixed packages, public itineraries, or standardised products. Each engagement is custom and begins only after mutual agreement that the relationship is appropriate.
We act as a designer and coordinator. Many elements of a journey (aircraft, vessels, properties, ground transport, security personnel, etc.) are supplied by independent third parties. We select and manage those relationships but are not the operator of those services unless expressly stated in writing.
An engagement typically proceeds through inquiry, discovery conversation, detailed proposal, and written confirmation (which may include a letter of agreement or formal contract). No obligation to proceed exists on either side until written confirmation and any required deposit are in place.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement if we determine that the requirements fall outside our capabilities, capacity, or operating principles, or if mutual suitability is no longer present.

Services provided by airlines, charter operators, yacht companies, property owners, ground handlers, security firms, and similar providers are subject to those suppliers’ own terms and conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to select reputable suppliers and to manage the relationship, but we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of independent third parties except to the extent caused by our own negligence in selection or coordination.
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation conditions will be set out in the specific agreement for each engagement. Certain elements (particularly aviation and yacht charters) often involve non-refundable or time-sensitive commitments once confirmed with the supplier.
Changes requested by the client after confirmation will be accommodated where operationally possible and may incur additional costs or supplier fees. Cancellations are governed by the specific agreement and by the underlying supplier terms. Force majeure events are addressed in the relevant agreement and in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gemigi’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid to Gemigi for that engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of enjoyment, opportunity, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared in the course of the engagement, including personal details, itinerary content, security arrangements, and commercial terms. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed in the specific client agreement]. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
